Trial, Returns & Warranty

• We deliver the machine and set it up at your shop.
• We take a refundable $200 deposit at delivery (card, Zelle or cash).
• If you keep the machine, the deposit goes toward the price and you pay the rest on day 7.
• If you don't want it, text us. We pick it up free within 2 business days and refund the deposit within 2 business days after pickup.
• The trial is for normal use only. Damage beyond normal use is charged.

• You can return a machine within 7 days.
• The machine must be in like-new condition, with all parts.
• There is a 10% restocking fee.
• Pickup is free in LA County.

• Parts can be returned within 30 days if unopened and in the original packaging.
• Shipping is not refunded.

• 1 year on parts and labor for manufacturing defects.
• Normal wear parts (needles, belts, bobbins) are not covered.
